Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
If you’ve got a cloud hosting with us and you wish to enable the catch-all feature for a specific email mailbox that you’ve got in your hosting account, it will take literally only a click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to do this. A catch-all button is available next to each and every email address that you have created under any domain registered in your account. You can pick one single address per domain by clicking the corresponding button. This will enable the feature instantaneously, so all email messages sent to miswritten email addresses will be re-sent there. Clicking on the button once again will turn off the catch-all feature. In case you have enabled email forwarding, our system will display a warning notice and you will not be able to enable the catch-all feature unless you deactivate the forwarding or you can simply select another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be enabled effortlessly if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you have set up with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will see a mini sign handily situated directly next to each one. With only a single click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable this option through the menu that will pop up. In case any of the requirements for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will warn you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
